My roof is leaking due to a hail storm, Do I need to have it completely replaced?

Not necessarily.

Our experts can often make repairs or restore your roof to extend the life of your roof that is otherwise in good condition. However, if a roof is demonstrating many symptoms of age and wear, replacement may be the best choice.

Our certified and expert inspectors will review the damage with you via a no-contact Zoom video screen-share or masked/gloved in-person meeting. It’s your choice.

What does a hail hit look like?

A hail impact mark on a roof shingle looks like a dark spot where the granules have been knocked off and the asphalt underlayment is exposed.

Recent hail hits have a shiny appearance due to the fact that the asphalt has been freshly exposed and hasn’t been dulled by the weather. On flat & metal roofs there are a number of factors that will show hail hits and hail damage.

How do I decide which roofing material to use?

Choosing which type of roof is right for you will depend upon numerous factors, including your budget, taste, and short-term or long-term needs.

Before making your choice, consider the lifecycle cost of your roofing material. Some materials, although initially more expensive, require less maintenance and have a longer life expectancy than others.

What is the lifespan of a metal roof?

Alloys and coatings make metal roofing panels more durable, with extended lifecycles that exceed those of shingles or shakes. Whereas metal roofs can be expected to last at least 50 years in most cases.

How long will it take to replace my roof?

Most commercial roofing can be completed in as short as one day while some roofs may take a few days. If a roof takes more than one day, we clean and secure the site at the end of each day and take care to protect any vulnerable areas from the weather.

Does my new roof come with a warranty?

Yes, it is covered by a warranty. The manufacturer issues a warranty for the roof material which can vary but is typically in a range of 10-30 years depending on the material you decide to go with.
